Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this K-Source replacement side view mirror. This is going to replace your passenger side mirror. It is a direct replacement for your 1992 through 1996 Ford Bronco F-150 F-250 and F-350. It's also gonna work for your 1997 Ford F-250 and F-350 Heavy Duty. Because this is modeled after your Ford's original look and fit, you really shouldn't be able to tell that it's a replacement mirror.
It should look like it came with your Ford right from the factory. It's also going to allow for a very easy installation. You're not gonna have to do any new drilling or anything like that. It's gonna use the same footprint and mounting points as your factory mirror. So basically just take off your original mirror put this in its place.
For those of you who do need a little bit more reassurance that this is going to work for you, now this is going to be a replacement for the original equipment number that you see on the screen there. So if you're taking off your original mirror, you see that part number, or if you're going through your owner's manual or something along those lines, you see that part number anywhere you can trust this is gonna be exactly what you need. And this mirror does use the manual mirror face adjustment so you can get the right angle for you. But it does have a convex lens like most passenger side mirrors. So it is gonna give you a nice wide angle view, that's gonna help reduce your blind spots.
Does also have the front of the glass is plated with a reflective chrome so it's gonna give you a nice, clear image. Also, it's gonna have the breakaway design, like most mirrors these days. So if you we're to run into the side of a parking post, or the side of your garage, something like that, the mirror's gonna fold in on itself to help absorb some of that impact and reduce the chance of braking. But it does have a durable plastic housing here with this black finish and so it is gonna hold up well for you do a good job and look very seamless with your Ford for you. So if you are needing to replace the original passenger side mirror, this is gonna be exactly what you need.

This replacement mirror fit like a glove. It looks just like the original mirror that came with my 2500. Etrailer always have good quality items and I always go to them first before I buy anything to see if they carry it.
Really sturdy and heavy duty, had to move my tire for install but not relocate it on my 96 f250. Took me a little over an hour, had pre existing holes so I only had to drill two of them out.
I have previously bought these mirrors to replace my stock mirrors, only thing I noticed was only one hole lined up and the other had to be drilled out. And the hardware to bolt on I believe should be more chrome and a different style but otherwise that the mirrors are perfect and look amazing on the truck.

The mirror is not an exact replacement. The mirror support is made of thinner aluminum, overall quality not ad good as the original. The overall size is smaller, so the mirror sits lower and closer than the original on my 1993 F150. However, the mounting bracket spacing is correct, so I didn’t have to drill holes in the truck door.
Second time I have made a purchase from etrailer I bought a headache rack which has been great, recently had a side mirror broken so I had bought two to replace them and some steps for my truck very fast shipping even giving the situation of the covid-19. Excellent Packaging, Great fit on to a 2003 Toyota Tacoma extended cab. The OEM mirrors had no ability to collapse for fitting into narrow spaces or while parked, these bring that necessity to the truck along with almost 1/3 larger height (more mirror!). Total width seems to be the same from the OEM. One BIG note, these mirrors do not offer use of the interior manual adjustment arm as the OEMs do; so you'll have to adjust the mirror by physically manipulating the mirror surface. Still these are a good deal and function well once installed and adjusted. GOod luck finding a better option for a Gen 1 Tacoma!

It was a perfect fit for the discontinued Toyota part 87940-89147 for my 1994 Toyota pickup. It was very easy to install, maybe taking 30 minutes to take the old one off and install the new one. Thanks!
