Steam and cooking odors can linger in a small RV kitchen. This over-the-range microwave cooks everyday meals while its built-in vent helps clear the air, giving you two kitchen essentials without giving up extra space.
Counter space disappears quickly in an RV kitchen. This over-the-range microwave combines everyday cooking with a built-in 300 CFM ventilation system that helps move smoke, steam, and cooking odors away from the cooktop. It gives you two essential kitchen functions without asking for more room.
Small microwaves can limit what fits inside. The 1.4 cu. ft. capacity gives you extra room for larger dishes while the 24-inch width fits standard over-the-range installation spaces commonly found in RV kitchens. A 13.57-inch turntable accommodates larger plates and bowls to help heat food more evenly.
Guessing cook times can leave food overdone or still cold in the middle. Sensor cooking programs automatically adjust cooking time and power level for common foods such as potatoes, vegetables, frozen entrees, frozen pizza, bacon, rice, popcorn, and reheating, helping everyday meals come out more consistently.
Different foods call for different cooking levels. Ten power settings and 1,000 watts give you the flexibility to thaw frozen ingredients, warm leftovers, or cook meals without relying on a single power level for everything.
Glass touch electronic controls with an LED display make cooking functions easier to select and read. LED interior lighting lets you check food inside the microwave, while LED cooktop lighting helps brighten the cooking surface below. A kitchen timer, child lock, easy-clean galvanized steel interior, and turntable on/off function help make daily use a little less cursed.

Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Today we're looking at the Haier over the range RV microwave. Now this features 1.4 cubic foot of capacity providing room for a variety of dishes and meal sizes, and it measures 24 inches wide overall. So that's gonna fit those standard over the range installation spaces. Now this over the range microwave is gonna combine your everyday cooking functions with the built-in ventilation up here on the top, and that's gonna save space in your kitchen setup. So depending on what your setup is, if you vent outside, you've got adapters to do that.
And if you read the instructions, there's an option to have it all kind of vent up out of the top as well, which would go up and out back into the RV or camper. So it just depends on your setup of what you have. And then of course you have all the mounting hardware, the bolts and everything required. And then of course your standard plug for plugging it in. So again, folks, I got 24 inches overall, 17 inches tall on a height and 16 inches wide.
Now in the back you can kind of see this mounting bracket down here and that's literally what it's hanging on, whenever it's hanging on the wall in conjunction with those bolts to hang this inside of the, over the top of your range, excuse me. Now you do have a nice thin line door. I kinda like this door myself. It's really kind of stream thin line. Well now you can see that.
And then at the base down here, it gets a little thicker. Let me spin this around so you can kind of see a little better that door there. But as you can see inside, you got your glass turntable, that's very standard as far as microwaves go and everything. And then on this particular unit, on the bottom of the door is your keypad, and I'll show you a image of that so you can see a little better. And you're gonna have obviously the LCD display there.
And then you're gonna have lots of different options as far as cooking options, timers, popcorn buttons, those kind of, you know, traditional things you see on microwaves. So again, folks, pretty simple. We all know what microwaves are, so I don't need to go in too much depth on a lot of that. You're gonna get a charcoal filter that's gonna help keep out the smell of things and whatnot while you're cooking. 1000 watts of cooking power, so very nice heavy duty. And you also have what's called sensor cooking with this particular model. So basically smart tech's gonna take the guesswork, guesswork out of your cooking and the sensor cooking feature basically adjust the cooking time and it can adjust the power level automatically ensuring that your food gets cooked perfectly. So it's a pretty cool little feature. That's gonna wrap up our quick look together at this Haier over the range RV microwave. I'm Steven with etrailer, thanks for watching.
