Many RV TV antennas have to be aimed before they'll receive local HDTV broadcasts. Air 360 receives local HDTV and FM broadcasts without manual aiming while its low-profile design keeps the antenna closer to the roof and out of the way.
Air 360 receives local VHF, UHF, and FM signals from every direction, so you don't have to manually aim the antenna before scanning for available channels. Turn on the wall plate power supply and run a channel scan on your TV to see what's broadcasting nearby. Run another scan whenever you change locations so your TV can find the channels available in the new area. The wall plate power supply, 25' RG6 coax cable, FM radio adapter cable, and mounting hardware are included for installation. You'll also want Butyl tape and self-leveling lap sealant (AL66FJ and DC94SR - sold separately) to help seal the mounting area and prevent water intrusion.
The integrated amplifier helps improve HDTV and FM reception when you're farther from the broadcast tower. Built-in 4G LTE filtering helps block unwanted cellular interference, while ATSC 3.0 readiness supports NEXTGEN TV broadcasts.
The compact dome adds minimal height to your RV roof and presents less surface area for overhanging branches to catch while you're traveling. A wide lip on the base plate and simplified cable routing also make the roof installation more straightforward. Choose a mounting location with 18" of clearance from the nearest obstruction for best reception. The coax cable needs to enter the roof inside the perimeter of the antenna instead of exiting beneath the flange so the base can seal correctly. The wall plate connects to 12V DC power and supplies power to the antenna through the coax, so do not install a splitter, coupler, or other connection between the wall plate and antenna.
