Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this replacement pin for your BOLT hitch pin locks. Now this is a replacement hitch pin for certain BOLT hitch pin locks. This is designed for larger trailer hitch receivers, such as the 2 1/2 inch and three inch sizes, which are common on heavy duty trucks. So what you're getting here is exactly what you see. You're getting the steel pin itself, not the lock or the key.

This is meant for situations where the original pin was perhaps lost, bent, or damaged, but the locking mechanism is still good. So instead of buying an entirely new lock, you can simply replace the pin and keep using your existing BOLT lock cylinder. So again, this pin is made of heavy duty steel. It's strong enough for towing and hauling, and it's oversized specifically to fit your 2 1/2 inch and three inch receiver securely. Once installed, it's gonna help keep your ball mount or hitch accessory firmly in place and properly secured.
