During the installation, on a Saturday morning, one of hex head bolts that mounts the running board to the support bracket snapped. I contacted etrailer and Jessica immediately put in an order for a replacement bolt. It shipped on Monday and arrived by Thursday. These running boards are great, both style and function. etrailer.com website is easy to navigate and find what you need or want. Placing order is very easy, shipping is quick. Deffinitly recommend etrailer.
Just installed them. One of the plastic step is loose. A couple of the clips are not seating right through the metal frame. Keeping an eye in it and may ask for a replacement.
Otherwise, went on easy and looks great.
Installed my Westin molded running boards on my F150 SuperCrew today! ETrailer staff was super as always! Installed myself in a couple of hours. Overall impression: You get what you pay for, and these cost 1/2 of Ford OEM. Yet they look good, feel sturdy, and should last a decade or so. 2 issues: First, the clips that attach the molded top to aluminum frame were small, weak & flimsy; I supplemented with wedges & silicone glue. Second, once the steps were mounted I noticed they were arched from end to end, so I bought washers & longer bolts to straighten them.
These look great, are sturdy and are easy to install. I highly recommend watching the install video by etrailer first as it shows in detail the process. If you have access to a lift it will decrease the install time. I used a low profile creeper on my driveway that barely gave me enough clearance, but it still worked fine.
After a year no issues at all running boards look great and were easy to install. Did have some initial installation issues but the online tech support was great and fast. Well done all around.
The running boards are well designed, quality construction, and very functional. They were very easy to install and a good value.
Thank you for the fast delivery was easy to install the self tapping screws were fairly hard to get started but it was accomplished all in a few hours on my back thank you again

This is a very good product. The instructions were not very good. They failed to tell you where the mounting holes were located in the body.
