Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Bestop TrailMax II Pro driver's seat. This is a tall back bucket seat that is going to replace the factory driver's seat for your Jeep. This is designed to work with your 1976 through 2006 Jeep CJ-5, CJ-7, YJ and TJ Wrangler models. If you do have that TJ that is going to require an adapter, depending on your year range, so if you have that '97 through 2002 TJ model, you'll need that B51256 adapter bracket.

If you have the 2003 through 2006 TJ model, you'll need that B5124501 adapter. But if you have any of those other models, this is going to bolt right into your Jeep's seat riser. So, it's gonna be a very simple installation. They do include instructions to walk you through that process. So, you can trust it is gonna be a nice, secure connection to your Jeep.

And this TrailMax II Pro does come in several different colors and materials. So, you've got the black vinyl like we have here. There's also going to be three other colors of vinyl. So, you've got the black denim, the charcoal, and the spice. So, all these TrailMax II Pros are gonna be the same.

It's just gonna be a different color or material. So, the main difference between the black and the black denim, as you can see with our black model here, it's kind of got a leatherish texture to it. Whereas, the black denim is gonna be a little bit smoother for you. So, this is also going to come in fabric options. As you can see that black denim, charcoal, and spice there.

So, depending on if you want the vinyl feel or the fabric feel, we've got options for you available here at etrailer.com. You can find them all using those part numbers that you've seen on the screen there. They're all gonna be a premium, mildew and UV resistant fabric. So, they're gonna hold up really well for you for a long time to come. And all these seats are going to have a nice, sturdy, hand welded frame. So, they're gonna hold up really well. Give you a lot of support there. They also have variable rate springs. So, as you're experiencing more shock, they're going to absorb, give you more support. So, if you're going over those trails, hitting a lot of bumps, and that sort of thing, it's gonna make it a much smoother ride for you, a lot more comfortable. It also has a dense, waterproof, closed cell foam on the inside that's gonna provide comfort for you and it's going to resist water if there is water that comes in to the Jeep. It's gonna help maintain its shape and not have to worry about water damage. You're also gonna have side performance bolsters on the seat and the back here that's gonna help keep the shape of the seat as well. And then we are going to have the reclining seat lever here on the side. So, we'll lift that up and we'll be able to move our seat forward or lay it back. We've got a wide range of motion here, adjustable settings. So, we can lay it almost completely back there. So, if we we're gonna take a rest in the Jeep, wanted to lay back and take a nap or something like that, we would be able to. Our headrest is also going to be adjustable for us. So, we've got the ability to rotate it forward, give us more support or rotate it back. And then, of course, we'll also be able to raise it up into several different positions, or take it off completely if we need to with just the push of the button here at the top. So, give us the adjustability that we need there. And then on the backside, we are gonna have this elastic mesh map pocket, so that we can store our map and whatnot on the backside there. So, this is the driver's seat. We do have passenger seats available in the same color and material options that we talked about for the driver's seat. So, if you need both the driver and the passenger, we've got you covered there. You can find all those part numbers on the screen. And if you are needing to replace your driver's seat for your Jeep, I think this is gonna be a really nice option for you. It's gonna be very simple to get installed and give you the support and style that you need.
