Filling 20-80 gallon tanks at a stationary setup can drag on. This 115V AC pump delivers 20 GPM, and the nozzle boot mounts on the body for parking between fills. Fuel, shut it off, and move on.
Slow transfer rates turn a routine fill into a long wait once you're working with larger tanks. This pump delivers 20 GPM, so you keep fuel moving when you're filling tanks in the 20-80 gallon range. Reliable rotary vane pump technology keeps the transfer consistent instead of surging and sputtering. You finish the fill faster and move on to the next job.
Battery setups and temporary wiring get old fast when the tank never moves. This unit runs on a 115V AC motor and is meant for stationary, above-ground tanks with a nearby AC power source. Once it's mounted, the power stays with the tank instead of following you around. You walk up, power it on, and dispense fuel where the tank lives.
A one-size pickup tube rarely fits the tank depth you're working with, and a bad fit can leave fuel behind or force a workaround. This pump calls out that you will have to source your own suction pipe and prepare it for your own particular tank needs. You set the length and style of pickup for the tank you're mounting it to instead of forcing a generic tube to work. You end up with a suction setup that matches your tank instead of fighting it.
Fuel storage can bring along grit and larger debris that you don't want moving downstream. The built in mesh strainer filters out large particles and contaminants before they move through the pump. It screens the bigger stuff at the pump instead of letting it travel into your hose and equipment. You keep transfers cleaner when the tank is not perfectly clean.
A pump mounted in a shop or outdoor tank area takes hits from rough handling, grime, and long days. Cast iron construction is built for durability to withstand the harshest environments, and the thermal protected motor prevents overheating. Those two features target the real wear points that show up with repeated use. You keep transferring fuel without the pump body feeling fragile or the motor running hot.

Hi, everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at our Fill-Rite 20 gallon per minute fuel transfer pump. Folks, this is gonna be powered by a 115 volt AC motor. So whether you're needing a replacement or just an upgrade for maybe more capacity, this is a great option for you. So maybe you're a farmer, maybe you got some heavy duty equipment, construction company, something of that nature, who knows, whatever it may be, if you need to transfer large amounts of fuel quick, this is a great option for you. So it does use a thermal protected motor, that's gonna prevent overheating.
This is a cast iron construction, so it's very durable. It's gonna withstand the harshest environments. As you can see, you got a nice red powder coat finish over everything. And if you also notice, obviously I didn't install the elbow or the suction adapter here, just let them off 'cause of you know, balance and everything here. I did go ahead and put on the nozzle boot here, so very strong construction.
Then of course you have your on/off switch here. This is where your handle is gonna go, obviously, whenever you're pumping your fuels into your equipment. And again, this is gonna deliver an amazing 20 gallon per minute, which is ideal for most fuel tanks that are about 20 to 80 gallons in size, give or take. So again, 20 gallons per minute, pretty impressive. You will need to source your own suction pipe and get it ready for your own particular needs of your tank that you have on your equipment obviously.
But other than that, this should be pretty much everything you need. Everything again is gonna come in the box very nicely contained. You do get a built-in mesh strainer that's gonna filter out large particles and contaminants. And, as you probably already know, this is compatible with most fuels out there, whether it's diesel, gas, ethanol blends, biodiesel blends, kerosene, stuttered solvents, mineral spirits, heptane. So you can find a long list of all those on the product page as well.
Now, as far as some overall dimensions, let's go ahead and get the tape out here and take a look. Now, counting the nozzle boot that I installed, I'm getting roughly 14 1/4 inches long, side to side in a length. And if I count that nozzle boot again all the way to the other edge over here, I'm roughly 10 7/8 inches wide. And at the tallest part here, again, this is without the suction, I've got 12 3/4. So if we we inchesre to add this on there, it's gonna be a little bit taller obviously. So, again, those are just rough measurements. Obviously, this thing's kind of odd shaped, if you will. So just take those measurements with a grain of salt. Again, 20 gallons per minute, it has a duty cycle of 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off, and I think that's gonna wrap up our quick look together, folks, at this Fill-Rite fuel transfer pump.
