John here, and today, we're gonna be taking a look at the WeatherTech Front Seat Floor Liners for our 2020 Ford Escape. This is gonna be a great choice if you want something that's gonna be a custom fit, gonna be able to keep all of your spills and drips along with any dust, dirt, debris that may be on your shoes away from the sides of your carpet and keeping it somewhere where you can clean it up. Now, floor liners are something that I always recommend a person get, especially whenever it comes to if you've got kids, if you've got furry friends and pets that you wanna take places, or you just happen to be a busy guy that has a lot of dirt and debris showing up on their boots. As you can see here, WeatherTech's one of the best that we can get, it's held right here with this little tab, so you know it's not gonna be moving around too much as it keeps it right there, gonna be a custom fit with our edge, and as you can see, it's almost like a bucket design where it's going to have the sides of the walls up a little bit more, so you're not gonna have to worry about any odd spills that go up onto the side of the carpet, which is something that I always worry about whenever I have any kind of floor liners is that is it going to protect everything, which as you can see here, it's going to do that. Along with the grooves, it's going to keep any liquid that you have in a specific area that's gonna make it easier to clean. And let's say that we have some water in here, some juice, something sticky, I'm gonna just take it out, spray it with a hose, and then I can just take it and put it back in, which makes it very easy for cleanup, especially if you have any kids that just happen to cause a mess whenever you're at home and ready to take care of it.
Now, this is gonna made out of a plastic rubber material, which is gonna be able to stand up to your normal liquids and some of your dirt and debris along with things like oil, but if you're gonna get it for the front seat, you might as well get it for the rear seat and your cargo area as well, which we sell all of those from WeatherTech here at etrailer.com. Now, my final thoughts is I do recommend, no matter what, you need to get some kind of floor liner just to protect your carpet, and if you're gonna go with any, I personally recommend this WeatherTech system. It's going to have a really good design, it's gonna hold on very tightly, and you're not gonna have to worry about anything sloshing up a little bit higher, because of how high it is with the bucket seat protection.
