Keep the interior of your vehicle clean with this functional, custom floor mat. Rear floor mat has a rigid plastic core for durability, and its unique, rubberized outer shell grips carpeting while it channels and traps water and debris.
Features:
WeatherTech floor liners accurately and completely line the interior carpet of your vehicle, providing "absolute interior protection" for your car, truck, minivan or SUV. Digital laser measurements of the interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! The patent-pending, High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material features a rigid core for strength and produces surface friction with the carpet for better grip. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Today, in our 2017 Kia Sorento, we will be having a look at and installing the Weather Tech second row rear auto floor mat in black, part number WT447702. Also, available in gray, part number WT467702, and in tan, part number WT457702. Now what I really like about this mat, is that it's a perfect fit for our vehicle. Weather Tech uses digital laser measurements to make every mat that they produce, ensuring a great fit for every vehicle. These mats are constructed of a rubberized thermal plastic material, which won't crack, fade, or break over the course of time, making it a very durable mat. So here's what the mat looks like installed. As you'll see, it's a one piece design, which goes from threshold on our one side of the vehicle, all the way over to the threshold on the other side of our vehicle. Now let's take a look at our passenger side.
I have the passenger seat all the way moved forward, and you can see how far the mat extends up underneath that seat, giving our back seat passengers ample protection for the carpet underneath them, so if they want to stretch out, they don't have to worry about damaging the carpet at all. We have these nice channels here to help divert any water away from their feet, so they don't have to worry about tracking around inside our vehicle. As you'll see, it's help into place on both sides with our factory floor mat retention hooks, giving us a nice firm fit and preventing the mat from sliding around. Now we have this nice, raised edge around the entire perimeter of our mat, even around our center console here. This will help contain any spills that may occur. These mats are super easy to clean, for a mild spill you can just wipe it off with a damp cloth.
If they're really dirty, you can remove them from the vehicle, hose them off in your drive way with the garden hose, use some soap if you need too, let them air dry out in the sun, and then place them back in your vehicle when you're done. Also, available on our website for those that re interested, we have the Weather Tech cleaner protector kit for Weather Tech floor mats, part number WT8LT36K. Now that we've gone over some features, we'll show you how to get our mat installed. We'll just slide it underneath our front seats, round our center console hump, and we'll push it down onto our factory floor mat retention hooks. That completes are look at and installation of the Weather Tech second row rear auto floor mat in black, part number WT447702 on our 2017 Kia Sorrento.
