Keep the interior of your vehicle clean with these functional, custom floor liners. Mats have a rigid plastic core for durability, and their unique, rubberized outer shell grips carpeting while it channels and traps water and debris.
Features:
WeatherTech floor liners accurately and completely line the interior carpet of your vehicle, providing "absolute interior protection" for your car, truck, minivan or SUV. Digital laser measurements of the interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! The patent-pending, High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material features a rigid core for strength and produces surface friction with the carpet for better grip. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Today in our 2013 Ford Focus, we'll be having a look at and installing the WeatherTech front auto floor mats, available in black as part number WT446461, in tan as part number WT456461, and in gray as part number WT466461. All right as you can see, our Focus here is equipped with a factory floor mat. This vehicle is only about 3 1/2 years old and only has 36,000 miles. With it having a manual transmission, you can see when my foot's on the clutch pedal, I've actually worn a hole through the factory floor mat right here. It's started to wear down into the factory carpet. The WeatherTech floor mat that we'll be installing will offer a far superior protection and will last a lot longer and protect the life of our carpet. We'll show you how to get it installed now.
We'll just lift our factory floor mat off the retention hooks in the carpet. Set it aside. It's a good idea to vacuum out underneath the mat before we put it in place. We'll take our new mat, slide it up underneath our pedals. See you have these recessed pockets here that sit on the floor mat retention hooks, slides right into place. As you can see we have this nice molded edge around all the contours of our vehicle, and it extends further up than what the factory floor mat does.
I'll slide our factory one in here to show you how much more coverage we have. Now this floor mat being constructed of a very durable thermoplastic material, it'll provide us many years of protection for our carpet. We have full coverage up underneath our pedals, and a nice foot rest here. This will give us much more protection than the factory mat, and with this raised lip around here, it'll help contain any spills that may occur such as having snow on our feet when we enter our vehicle, or water from when it's raining, or mud. It'll help protect our carpet and be much easier to clean.
When the mat's dirty, we can simply remove it from the vehicle, hose it off on our driveway using soap and water. Let it air dry. Stick it back in place, and we're ready to hit the road again. These channels here will help divert any water away from our feet so we don't have our feet slipping off our pedals when we're using them. Now, our passenger's side mat offers the same features as our driver's side mat. Only difference is on the Focus on the passenger's side, you don't have the factory floor mat retention spots.
They make it look the same so you have a nice universal look throughout your vehicle. That completes our look at the WeatherTech front auto floor mats for our 2013 Ford Focus.
