Keep the interior of your vehicle clean with this functional, custom floor mat. Rear floor mat has a rigid plastic core for durability, and its unique, rubberized outer shell grips carpeting while it channels and traps water and debris.

Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Malibu we're going to be taking a look at the WeatherTech second row auto floor mats in black, part number WT444572. Also available in grey, part number WT464572, and in tan, part number WT454572. Here we've got the factory floor mats, and as you can see when we go around the edges there's carpet exposed all around these edges including up onto the center here. If anything gets spilled first it will soak into this but it can run off the edges and get to underneath. Also any debris or anything that may be tracked in on shoes. Now we'll take the factory ones out and install our WeatherTechs. You can see with our WeatherTech floor mat in place that we have coverage going further up under the front seat, but also all around the edge here we've got this raised lip that helps to prevent anything that may be spilled back on this floor mat to escape off to the sides.
That's why it's raised up there. Then down here we've got these ridges that help create these channels in the floor mat to help control anything that may be spilled. Also when, say it's winter time or it's been raining, if there's water sitting in here these ridges are also going to help to keep your feet up off of that water. It's got a nice texture to it that's going to help with grip. It's made out of a durable thermo-plastic material. This is something that's very different from the factory floor mats, is it provides you this coverage up over the hump in the center so that if something gets spilled up here it's just going to run down and collect in the basin of these floor mats.
Looking over here at the passenger side you can see it's pretty much identical. We've got the same features with the raised edges all around the outside. We've got the ridges in the center, but you can see it contours very nicely to all the lines in the floor. That's going to give you a really good fit and a lot of protection. These floor mats are very easy to clean. You simply remove them and you can clean them with soap or water.
