After you install both the # WT440665 and the WeatherTech 2nd Row Rear Floor Liner # WT440662 the entire second row, third row, and center of the aisle between the rows would be covered.   If you were looking for a cargo mat for your 2015 GMC Yukon XL that fits from the back of the 2nd row of seats to the rear of the vehicle with the third row of seats folded down you would want the part # HL28231. If you wanted a mat that goes from the back of the 3rd row to the rear of the vehicle you would want part # HL28221. There isn't a mat designed to fit under the third row of seats when they are folded up.

  When you install the # WT40310 in the cargo area of your 2007 Chevy Suburban you will need to cut out the areas where the third row seats would go so that you can install the third row on top of the mat. This mat would go right up to the back of the second row of seats. The part # WT440665 will then take care of the center aisle between the second and third row of seats. So if you used this with the # WT40310 there would be some overlap.
