Today on this 2008 Toyota Prius we are going to show you a variety of floor mats from WeatherTech and we are going to install them on our Prius and show you how they fit. All of these products are custom molded for each individual vehicle. It is not a semi fit or one size fits all. With that, that gives you a perfect fit on the floor and it also gives you plenty of room for liquids like say off of your boots or you spill something you have got plenty of room for the liquids to get away from your shoes and pants. The construction of the floor mats have a three layer material that allows for ridged corps for strength and will offer in great surface texture, and an underside rib to the floor. These will also use the factory floor hooks that are available in this model. 00:39
When you install these you want to slip these underneath the pedals and they usually just fall right into place. On this particular model we will install it on the factory hooks for the floor mats and they just push right in. You can see how you have protection probably at least 2- 1/ 2 inches on this side here alone. You can see it contours the entire edge of the well here and stays underneath the pedals so you do not have to worry about interference about that. These are really easy to clean out too once you get these dirtied up. All you have to do is just rinse them off because the surface is kind of a non stick type surface. Basically hose them down, maybe a brush to knock off some of the stubborn stuff and they are good to go. 01:24
Lets go over to the passenger side and see how those fit in. This is a good example how the mats will just fall right into place. The way they are constructed, they definitely will not move around either. On the bottom half it is kind of a non slick surface to help keep it from moving around to begin with. Also, the construction of the unit itself keeps it from moving around since it all fits in. Lets go ahead and move on to the floor mats for the back seat. We moved our front seats forward and now we have got room to put in our floor mats for the back. This will actually just press into place. It fits over the drive shaft hump and just pushes down. It fits around the plastic pieces in your center council which is really nice. Giving you a nice wide area to keep fluid and dirt inside here and not anywhere else in the vehicle. Just push it into place and then after while this will actually form even more to the individual car itself because the carpet itself does not always lay perfect in them. It will actually match to that eventually. A couple of nice warm days and it will have a tight fit to the car. 02:47
All right moving on to the rear compartment or trunk area, slip the mat into the back. It is matched to the vehicle and you just push it into place. You can see all the way around the edge inside the trunk area, it matches up to the carpet and to the inside edge of the plastic of the vehicle itself and also the vehicle does have tie downs on the inside but it gives you a little part to get to them too so it is not completely covered up. That is why the corners have a little dip in them so you do not lose any functionality of the tie down hooks and also the ones back here, it wraps around those also. The one thing we do want to point out is that you notice that is does not meet this edge right here. Since it has been rolled up in a box and probably sitting in a warehouse for awhile, it tends to take up that shape but once it is expanded and it is warmed up in the vehicle it will actually form fit a lot better and actually fall into place a lot better so when it is all said and done it will actually fit like this.

The fit is lacking quite a bit (like 3-5 inches off in places) also wish I didn’t get the one that covers the whole floor in one piece. I wish it was 3 pieces that snap together for easier cleaning because this design you end up dumping all the crud on the floor of the truck while trying to take the mat out to clean it.

My review was for the weather tech floor mats for the front of the Chevy Silverado. The mats are great to a point but the wear and tear in the weak spots are terrible especially. On the driver's side foot rest heel is very thin and is creating a several small holes in the liner. Especially when my girlfriend drives with her heels on. She literally got the heel stuck thru the liner

The mat is a perfect fit in our Airstream Atlas. And received quickly. HOWEVER, there were two TechGrip II B grips for vinyl, not one for vinyl and one for carpet (TechGrip II), and of course we need one for carpet. I will upgrade my review to five stars if I receive a TechGrip II for carpet from etrailer as I do not want to spend $xx+ ordering one when it should have been included……

I have gotten in touch with the manufacturer and they have confirmed that these liners do not necessarily call for the TechGrip II for carpet. However, the manufacturer is willing to work with you on this matter.

And since it arrived in a Weather Tech box I imagine it was not your fault as it came to y’all without the carpet grip We love the floor mat in our Airstream Atlas motorhome! We haven’t opened the motorhome cover yet as we had to order a ladder in order to get on top of our rig. Will review that as soon as it is installed. Thanks again!

Received the mats 6 days after ordering using the "free shipping "option. I feel this is reasonable and the tracking provided was accurate and up to date.
Now about the mats. I have owned many vehicles and have always tried to protect the interior and keep it as new looking as possible. I believe these mats will help me do that. In s word, they are great. They fit really well and the color match is spot on. The texture is non-slip and they are flexible enough that taking them in and out is a very easy. In short they are perfect for my vehicle and I would most certainly buy them again.
I will definitely use "etrailer" again for any products I need that they carry.

Cargo mat delivered did not completely
Fit the cargo area. I'm assuming the wrong mat was sent. 2018 Chevy Equinox LS . Waiting for response back from eTrailer. I called 800 # on July 11, 2017 three times from 4:30pm to 5pm EST and computer prompt for service with product was #3. On hold twice for over 15 minutes with no explanation or human contact. Called third time and used prompt 1 for sales thinking they would surely pick this call up. Same 15 minutes on hold without any contact. Hung up again after unnecessary wait.
Hopefully this will get worked out and at the minimum a credit should be offered for the screw up and non existent customer phone service.

Drivers side fits nice and snug in the F250. Passenger side fits well, however, the side closest to the door is curling up. I put a weight on it to hold it down, we will see if that works. Hopefully, in the heat of the summer it will flatten out. If not I won't be happy.

Fits well in the F250. Passenger side is curled closest to the door along with the portion that goes up under the front seats. I put weight on it to hold down but, I can't get it to snug up and hold on the curved edge. Any suggestions?

I did reach out to the manufacturer who advises that it appears to be normal wear and tear and are being kicked as people enter and exit the truck. It can cause the curling that you are seeing here.

These mats are really good. Still like new after 1 year. My only suggestion to WeatherTech would be to make them have a bit more of a natural "rubber" feel rather than molded plastic, which is hard and less forgiving.

As always etrailer was very quick to process my order and get my products to me in a timely manner. I did notice that the box these came in had a small puncture in the side. Luckily none of the products were damaged, but the delivery drivers would most likely be the ones to blame for the damage to the package. So far I’m impressed with these mats, they definitely do a good job at keeping mud and water from getting on the carpet, and even do a good job of keeping the dirt and dust to a minimum. I do wish somehow there was some sort of protection for the carpet between the seat and the door sill plate. This seems to be an area that is extremely difficult to keep the carpet dirt and dust free. Also, it would have been nice to see some more protection up the side of the transmission tunnel on the passenger side because passengers seem to like to put their muddy feet wherever they please, but even if it were covered they would still find some carpet to make dirty! Other than that, these are some very tough, rugged, well-fitting floor mats for my truck!

Due to the manufacturer's error, these mats did not fit the specified vehicle. etrailer tried to help me re-select the item, but according to the manufacturer, this is the correct part number for the Transit Connect, but the driver's side configuration is wrong, the size is way too big and the post arrangement is wrong. The correct part is not available from the manufacturer.

Really like the way they look and the coverage is excellent. The mats allow room for the seats to move forward for access to the third row seat, while allowing good coverage for the foot area in the second row seating.

Its been about a year and the mat is doing its job as far as keeping the carpet looking new. My only complaint is the mat will not stay in place. It will slide very easy. Weather Tech sent some Velcro but it doesnt help in the movement. I have several strips on the underneath of the mat. This is all that Weather Tech offered as a fix. Dont know if I would purchase them again or not.

Beautifully made- only regret is that it has made a tripping hazard between seats if you walk to back of vehicle. While it fits perfectly in both foot wells, it bulges in between.

I reached out to Weather Tech and I have a few options that you can try. One way would be to lay the liner out, and flip it inside out. Let it sit, then manually manipulate the walls back into place. This should level out the liner and give it the nice contour liners. Another way would be to leave the liner in the sun with a weight and then replace in the vehicle.

Perfect fit on the front of 2022 Chevrolet 2500HD Crew Cab with vinyl floors. Nice look as well, these included sticky tabs to make sure they don't slide around, although the fit is pretty tight and unlikely to move around to begin with. Very pleased with this purchase, the price wasn't bad for name-brand high-quality mats.

Fit my 2014 RAV4 like a glove. The hold-down snaps that Toyota uses for the driver’s side mat snapped right in, and the tray completely filled the floor area on both sides.
The material seems durable and should hold up to any punishment. I really like how the lip will take any amount of snow-melt or dripping mud, and the whole thing is built like a tank.
