Today in our 2017 Kia Sorrento, we'll be having a look at and installing the Weathertech cargo liner in black, part number WT40766. Also available in gray, part number WT42766 and in tan, part number WT41766. As you can see here, we already got our mat installed. Now we have our third row seats folded down, and you'll notice that this mat extends all the way up to the back of our second row seating giving us maximum protection for our full cargo area. Now all around the perimeter of our mat, we have this nice raised edge, which follows all of the contours to help contain any spills that may occur. Now one nice thing is we have these nice cut outs right here, which allow us to have access to our factory tie down points in our cargo area. Covering the entire mat, we have these channels here, which will help divert any water, dirt or debris away from our cargo that is placed into the hatch of our Sorrento.
This mat is constructed of a rubberized thermoplastic material, which won't crack, fade or break over the course of time. These mats are super easy to clean. For a minor spill, just wipe it down with a damp cloth, or if it's really dirty, just take the mat, remove it from the vehicle, and you can hose it off in your driveway with a garden hose. Use some soap and water if you need to. Let it air dry, and then once it's dry, simply take it, place it back in the vehicle just like that. It fits nicely around all the contours of your hatch area.
