Covercraft SeatSaver shape diagram

The diagram above shows the shape of the seat covers included with this Covercraft SeatSaver set. Your vehicle's seats should match the shape of the seats in the diagram.

SeatSavers protect your vehicle seats without the inconveniences of typical seat covers. The SeatSavers are custom fit to your specific seats - so there's no sagging or rumpling - and they are constructed of durable, breathable fabric for lasting comfort.

SeatSaver covers slip on and off easily and protect your entire seat from dirt, children's messes, pets, harmful UV rays and everyday wear and tear. SeatSaver's custom-fit design also allows unrestricted access to adjustment knobs and seat belts.

Typical neoprene seat covers create a "sticky" effect in hot weather. But the SeatSaver seat protectors are made from a breathable poly cotton fabric that won't stick to you on hot summer days, even as the drill-weave construction ensures strong, durable covers.

The material is treated with a durable water repellency (DWR) finish that stops most spills from ever reaching your seats through the covers. And SeatSavers are easy to clean when accidents happen. Just pop the SeatSavers into the washer, throw them into the dryer and slip them back onto the seats.

Video Transcript for Covercraft SeatSaver Front Seat Covers Installation - 2015 Ford F-150

Today on our 2015 Ford F-150, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the Covercraft SeatSaver Custom Seat Covers. These are for the front in misty gray, part number is SS2485PCCT. Now, do check out our website. If you'd like different colors, we have plenty available. Here's what the cover is going to look like installed. It's going to have a pretty nice, custom look to it.

The more we use these, and also with washing and stuff, they're really going to smooth out and really lay on the seat perfectly for you. Now, they made this out of a poly cotton. What this is going to do is, provide us with a really nice, breathable fabric, as opposed to, a lot of the seat covers out there. At least some of the seat covers out there, like your neoprenes and stuff, they'll get sticky, especially the vinyls, like you're peeling your leg off or something. While the durable, water-resistant finish is going to help protect from any spills. Maybe, spilled our coffee on the way to work, whatever the case may be.

Really wipes up nice and clean. If it does actually soak in a little bit, we pull these right off. It's a really easy on and off installation, there's no tools required for it. Throw it right in the washer, dry it off in the dryer. Hang dry it, whatever you want to do, and put it right back in.

Really, very useful, really going to help protect against the stains and stuff like that. Another great benefit of the covers and another good way that it's going to help to protect our investment and our vehicle, is that we're not going to have the common UV fading on our seats once we have them protected like this. Unprotected seats, over time, start losing their color and losing that new look. That's just not going to happen with our custom fit seat covers here. Here you can see the nice custom fit design. You can see it's going to follow right along with our factory seams here on the bottom of the seat, coming up our seat back.

They just got all of the stitching in the perfect place, so with this custom fit we're not going to have to worry about that extra material that we can usually get with the universal fit. We're not going to have something that's kind of bunched up behind us, making the ride uncomfortable. The custom fit seats really help to maintain the quality of feel of the seat, while giving you really nice protection. Now, here you can see our passenger side's done, as well. We took care of that first. These do come as a quantity of two, so you're going to have everything you need to do your driver's seat and your passenger seat. Another great feature, you can see here, with the SeatSaver, is going to be the nice high-capacity map pockets on the back of each cover. It's going to allow you to get some of the stuff like this customer had on the floor, up and off of the floor, somewhere where it's not going to be bounced around or rolling around while we're heading down the road. Another great thing is when man's best friend's around, and they get out. Come on girl. All we have to do, brush that seat off and you'll see we're not going to have any issues with hair or anything else. They come right off there. Doesn't really cling to that dirt and debris like some other seat covers. Now, the first thing we're going to do is remove our headrest for our installation. We're going to press the main button, then we'll lift up until it comes to a stop, it won't go any further. Then, we've got a secondary button on that side we can press to release it. We'll just set this aside. We're going to be putting it back in, of course. Then we can grab our seat cover. The seat cover we want to use for our driver's side is going to have the flap area. You can see there's an open flap here. We want that to face toward the door, and then we'll bring the SeatSaver right over the top of the rear seat first, or the rear back of the seat here. Now, as we do this, we want to line up the holes, right here on the top where our headrest is going to go through. Make sure we give that a good pull down. For now, we'll just keep these tabs, the hook and loop tabs up. Eventually, we'll connect those right to the bottom of the seat. Here, on the front side, we've got a strap. What we'll do is take the buckle into that strap, then we're going to pass it down. Right between the rear of the seat and the bottom of the seat, there's going to be a small crack there, we'll just push it through. We'll just reach in from the bottom, just pull a little bit of that slack out. We've also got two retainer pads. Now we're going to push these right into that slot, too. What that's going to do is give us really good back pull on the bottom of that seat to keep it nice and taught. We'll just take them right down into the cracks and push it on in. Now, we'll tilt the rear of the seat forward and we'll start bringing the bottom around the seat. This is going to tuck right behind this plastic here on the side. Then, right here, we're going to have one more of those foam retainers. That's going to go right here, just in the side. It's again, going to keep everything nice and secure for us. We'll just continue to tuck this in around that edge. Then you can pull it back on it and tighten that up. Then, after a few days of sitting on them and getting them stretched, we'll see it's really going to be a nice fit. Now, you remember that little strap we had. We're going to pull that up, then we'll attach that to the small buckle here on the front side of the cover. Then, we can just pull on that tag end, just to provide a little bit of tension and give us a really nice, solid hold. Now, let's move on to our headrest. On the headrest side, we want the soft side of the hook and loop strap to be towards the back. Just pull it down and we'll stretch that around the front, tuck it in, and press to secure it. Then we just smooth it out, make sure that this seam's sitting on the outside corner, this seam's sitting on the outside corner, and we're ready to slide it back in. Now, finally, we'll stretch down here on the back, and connect that hook and loop. Then, as we said, it's going to lay out, over time, really get nice and smooth for you. Now, with all of our covers in place, that's going to complete today's installation of the Covercraft SeatSaver Custom Seat Covers, part number SS2485PCCT, on our 2015 Ford F-150.

I've had this rear seat cover for one year now and it's held up very well with two little kids. I would highly recommend.

My only recommendation for improvement is to allow for a little extra material for when the rear seats are reclined a little bit.

by:

Good quality material but not 5 stars because I had a fitment issue on my 2014 Ram 1500 Sport. On the driver seat, in the area that gets the most wear (the left edge), I can't get the seat portion to stay in place at the rear where it meets the seat back. See photo. The little hacky sack cloth ball intended to fit between seat cushion and seat shell is too far forward to hold the cover in place and it slips forward in the one place where protection is really needed. Seems like there should be a Velcro strap or something sewed to the cover to loop around the seat frame and hold it in place. If not for this. my rating would be 5 stars.

by:

The covered are great and I am happy with them. Only 4 stars, because the headrest covers are too small for the headrest. But super washable, stay in place, and do the job well.

by:

Great seat covers (used them for a year now), they are thick, durable and fit well. They seem to resist stains as long as you wipe it up quickly. I would recommend to a friend and purchase again.

by:

Traded the car these were purchased for back in march 23, but for the time I had it these covers did their job quite well, I would add that the quality is nearly as good as the equivalent Carhartt brand covers (Material is slightly thinner) but for avg use in a non work vehicle they are quite sufficient and at a much more economical cost.

by:

These are the best seat covers on the market. Great fit and look. Heavy duty and easy to install. I have them on both my RAV 4 and Highlander.

by:

I loved the seat covers they fit perfect. the material they are made is great

by:

I bought these seat covers for my 2018 Subaru Forester because I go to work in my community garden plot every day and did not want to get dirt on my car upholstery. After a year, the seat covers still look good and fit properly. I park outside and have not noticed any fading at all. Nor are there any signs of wear. I am very happy to have purchased them.

by:

One of the best materials I’ve ever had for seat covers, and that have lasted more than 2 months, very comfortable and washable.great product.THANK YOU

by:

This seat cover is poorly designed. There is not a strap on the front of the cover to prevent the cover from coming loose on the seat. As you side into the seat it comes loose every time when you get in the car normally. The only way it will stay on is to lift up your buttocks while getting in. I emailed Covercraft customer service about the problem, however I never received a response.

by:

Really wish I hadn't purchased these. They were for my year and make of vehicle, but they would not stay on the bottom seat. People or my dog getting in and out always untucked them. The arm covers will just slide on and off, so spent more time sliding them back all the way on.

by:

This is the third set of Seatsaver Seat covers that I have bought. They were great for my previous 2 vehicles. These are no exception. The figment guide says that it will not fit a 2010, but they fit my 2010 Jeep Commander great. I will keep buying them for all my vehicles. E trailer is great to deal with too. Great prices and fast shipping.

by:

I own a Honda Ridgeline and ordered the cotton back seat covers to protect our leather from the dogs. Fit is very good, a nice surprise given the complexity of the seats. Can't comment on durability yet, but the stitching looks tight.

by:

This is my 2nd set of 3rd-row canvas seat covers for my 2014 Escalade ESV. I got a good 2-3 years from the 1st set that I procured from etrailer.com. which was, in my perspective, an admirable duration, given that I have 5 dogs, 2 +125lb German Shepard and Rotty mixes, a 50lb English Bulldog, a 70lb Bassett Hound and a 25lb Pug.

My 2 big dogs practically live in the 3rd row seating area, as they pretty much go along with me on my daily travels. Drool, water, lots of shedding hair, mud and assorted particles of whatever mystery material they were traipsing through that day, all end up on those seat covers....

In fact, I currently have both the original and the replacement set of seat covers covering the 3rd row fold-away seats, as the perforated leather seat material is fairly thin and even with the durable canvas material of the seat covers, I still did incur a few rips of the underlying leather seat surfaces. So far, the double layer approach has withstood the daily abuse they inflict.

by:

The etrailer folks are outstanding! Great products, reviews, and customer service. This Covercraft SeatSaver is working out fine. I have two small children and wanted something under their car seats to protect the fabric seats. This product installs with mild to moderate difficulty, but stays in place perfectly. It has complete coverage of the bottom and back of the seat. It has withstood moderate abuse just fine. We haven't had to test whether it could stand up to a solid soaking, though.

by:

Best seat cover I have ever seen/used. Bought this for my parent's new Jeep Grand Cherokee with leather seats. They have a 100 pound lab that is the sweetest thing but at the same time is just destructive even in her sleep... LOL. Anyhow these covers fit perfect haven't budged in the slightest and the seats remain very protected. I will be buying these for all my new cars in the future! They are the "Weather Tech" of seat covers!

by:

Très bon produit.

Good product]

by:

These seat covers fit well and were quite easy to install. They are very durable and have withstood the one-year test of family and pet use.

by:

You sent the wrong seat covers

by:

Rear seat covers fit/look /work great. Front pass seat, the same as rear. Driver's seat bottom cover for whatever reason, does not want to stay put. Left side by thigh area seems to keep sliding forward all the time. Don't recall previous covers (same product) doing this.. Annoying, yes, but still a great product!

by:

Thank you for the inquiry - nothing but love for the product utility and quality given the extreme circumstances they are subject to - that said I did have one suffer a small tear in the seat bottom - nothing a needle and HD thread from a canvas repair kit didn't make easy work if, but that said, I did suffer an underlying rip in the leather seat bottom, of which I do believe will be but a minor repair

Also, I experienced assorted fitment issues, again nothing too complex nor frustrating, but did require a bit of creativity to overcome the effects of 4 100lb dogs

Pictures attached to further clarify my comments

E trailer is the bomb! Excellent service and products.

by:

I did an online chat with August to find the correct seat covers to fit our 2022 Camper Van. She led me to the correct item and I ordered them on the spot. The seat covers arrived even before the estimated delivery date! We haven't installed them yet but we like the quality and it looks as though they will fit. Service is excellent and we have been more than satisfied with
everything else we have ever ordered from e-trailer.

by:

Please DO NOT buy this product for your Venza. There is NO WAY to keep them from slipping out of the bottom seat. I am so frustrated that I will be throwing them away!!! I bought them in July of this year.

by:

Tough. Not the prettiest. Water proof I've prooven that. They've been cut and no damages to the seats. Now they are duct taped and still working. Excellent product and material.
