Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Durabilt Corner Protector for Tarps. This is a 1/8 of an inch thick yellow plastic barrier that's going to protect the tarp from the sharp corners that you're gonna be using it around. So this is gonna help reduce wear and tear of your tarp, it is a nice sturdy plastic construction. Dimensions, if we measure our storage length, we're gonna be right around 6 3/4 of an inch. Of course, the distance between them is gonna be a little bit larger, so if we measure that, we're looking at right about 7 3/4 of an inch, just shy of eight inches.
And then when we have it sitting flat like that, it's gonna stand up, be about 3 1/4 of an inch tall. So if you are looking for a way to help protect your tarps from the sharp corners, prevent having to go out and buy more tarps due to wear and tear, this is gonna be a great barrier to cover up those corners and to let you protect the tarps. Impression out of the box BEFORE USE. I ordered them to protect a covering tarp for a utility trailer from riping/wearing on the corners. They are well made and should work fine to keep a covering tarp from tearing at the corners.
Using these on my t-top rod holders so I don’t damage my boat cover. Good price!
Protected the corners from ripping on the camper. Only wish I’d had figure a way to place them on the bottom corners as well.
Son in law liked them and wished he’d have them for his boat cover, went and ordered him a set.

I bought two of these corner protectors to place on the corners of a boat windshield to ease the transition of my off season cover from horizontal to vertical. They fit perfectly and believe they will perform just as I intend. Appear to made of sturdy plastic and should last for many seasons since they will not be exposed to the sun.

The tarp survived the first winter with the areas at the windshield corners in excellent shape. Product performed as expected.

After a year a brutal heat this summer, the cover protectors are still as flexible as the day I bought them. No hardening so no cracking. These protectors are built to last.
