Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at this extension for your Yakima off-grid roof rack cargo basket. This 22 inch long extension is going to let you upgrade the capacity of your 49 inch wide Yakima off grid roof basket. And this is going to fit the model that you see there on your screen. And again, this is going to be for the off grid roof cargo basket identified by the app model number that you see there on your screen.
And this is going to be an easy installation between the two main pieces of the basket and it will secure with the included hardware that you see here in this, in these bags. And it's gonna use the Allen wrenches there to secure the hardware. So this is going to be a very easy installation. Instructions are are also included to guide you through that easy installation. And this does feature a durable steel construction with a really nice powder coat finish to help resist rust and corrosion.
And again, just some overall measurements. Looking at the overall width from end to end, I measured this earlier and came up with 49 inches wide. And then as I already mentioned, the length from end to end is gonna be right at 22 inches long and this is going to come up about seven inches tall. Overall, this weighs about 17 and a half pounds and I think that's going to wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that it's helpful for you.
