Ellen : Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the Taylor made fishing boat flag. This is going to feature the blue Marlin, so if you're a deep sea fishermen and you want to show off your love for your Marlin, maybe you have one on board and want to show it off that that is now your sigil, this is going to be the perfect flag for you. Or maybe you just want to hang it on your wall, whatever the case might be. It's made out of a nice light-weight nylon material, so it's going to easily catch the wind and sail nicely.
The edges are all reinforced stitch. Will have a double stitch here on the hems on the top and the bottom. The fly end, it's going to be a four-stitch, so should be good at reducing any kind of fraying at that end.For our halyard side or the end here that actually gets attached to our flagpole, that's going to have this reinforced stitching as well and this reinforced material that holds our grommets in place. Nicely made flag. Looks good on the back as well, so even from the other side, it still looks nice.
You're not just limited to one side or the other. As far as the size, it's listed as 12 by 18 but those are pretty rough measurements so to the very end of it it's about 18 inches, maybe a little bit more. Some flags I've seen that this piece doesn't really get taken into account but it looks like overall it really is about 18 inches long, and then a little bit over 12 inches tall, maybe about 12 and a half inches tall if it was flattened all the way out.Distance between those grommets is about 10 and three quarter inches center to center, and each of those has an inner diameter of just about three eighths of an inch. Hopefully that gives you an idea of the sizing there. There are flagpoles you can get sold separately here at etrailer.com if you want to run this up on one of those.
Or again, you can hang it on your wall if you prefer. That's the image all there is to it for our Taylor made fish fishing boat flag featuring the blue Marlin. Got a couple of other options available. If you want some other types of fish, including salmon and tuna, you can find those again right here at etrailer.com along with a lot of other novelty flags. Thanks for watching, and we'll see you next time..
