Delivery took so long that I started to doubt that the order had gone through. I got tired of waiting and bought one locally and installed it. I’ll use this one in the future so it all worked out.
My package arrived in ok condition! Way to much much room to be shaken and be destroyed. Luckily mine arrived ok. Some of the original packaging was dented and deformed do to over sized box! I got lucky!

Looks like good quality, but the car is new and I haven't installed it yet.
I clearly identified my vehicle as a 2000 Mercedes Benz E320. The air filters (3) which you sent me are the right width, but are an inch too long, and are therefore unusable. They cannot be made to fit in the air cleaner compartment. Not acceptable.
