Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the replacement mounting brackets for your vision X Optimus single prime LED fog light upgrade kit. These are going to be custom brackets that can replace the mounting brackets that came standard with your vision X Optimus series fog light kit. The fog lights do not come with this kit. It's just the mounting brackets.

We do have several different options available at etrailer.com. If you don't already have a fog light kit. These can also be used to mount your vision X Optimus series light kits in place of your factory fog lights. And when I said these are custom fit, they are specifically designed to work with your 2009 to 2018 Ram 1,500, 2,500 and 3,500, as well as your 2019 Ram 1,500 classic.They are made of a rugged aluminum with a black powder coat finish. So the combination of aluminum and your black powder coat is going to make these virtually rust-proof.

As far as the installation goes, it's going to be very simple. You're not going to have to drill any new holes or anything. You can use all the same hardware, same mounting points. It's going to include both plug and play connectors to get these wired up. So really you're only going to have to remove your old fog lights and get these installed.
