Hi everybody, my name is Andy with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna be looking at Coghlan's seven inch long aluminum tent pegs. Now these tent pegs are excellent for securing a small tent, a tarp, or even a mosquito net. As you can see, they have a hook here for securing guylines or other rope as well. Let's take a closer look at them. These are made out of a lightweight aluminum, so they're gonna be strong and sturdy, but light. Because they're made out of aluminum, they are also rust-proof and you don't have to worry about them becoming corroded.
The overall length is seven inches. And as I pull out my ruler here, that is measured right at the hook of these pegs, but really the usable space that you will have, that's actually gonna be going in the ground, is probably gonna be more like six inches that will go in the ground. And that's going to give you enough clearance on the other end for securing your guylines or your ropes on that hook. They do weigh about two and a half ounces, and again, you do get a quantity of four. If you're looking for a similar item, but made out of steel instead of aluminum, Coghlan does have you covered with their steel tent pegs, seven inch long.
They also come in a quantity of four and you can find them on our website, item number CG69UV. So that concludes our look today at Coghlan's seven inch long aluminum tent pegs. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me today..
