GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our GSP Heavy Duty CD Axle Assembly specifically for the front. Now folks, this is a custom fit. It's gonna fit a 2016 to 2017 Polaris RZR Turbo. And again, it's gonna fit the front, either the left or right hand side of the front. And with this, you're gonna upgrade your ride to a heavy duty CV axle.
Before we get into that, I wanna make sure you know that this is a direct replacement for the Dirt Gear, Polaris, S3 Powersports, SuperATV, and TrakMotive item numbers, and I'll put them on the screen for you. Those are those part numbers so you can match it up if you need to as far as making sure it fits your specific application. Now again, it's a hardened steel. It's specifically a 40CR material. The boots here and everything are an oversized CV joint.
It's gonna let you climb through rough terrain, crawl over obstacles. The boots are a nice upgrade from OE. They're a flexible, yet tough TPEE, and they're gonna resist tearing and cracking. As you can see, it comes preassembled from the factory. You even get the castle nut here, and the other side as well, same thing, that TPEE boot.
Now this has been packed with high performance moly grease. That's gonna reduce friction. And as far as any kind of lengths, extended, I was getting 31.63 inches, compressed in, it went down to 29.47 inches. Now as far as the joint styles, these are both what they call ball joint styles. Now as far as the spline quantity, on the inboard, it's 28 splines, and on the outboard, it's 26 splines.
The shaft diameter is a 24.5 millimeter, and it has a nice one year warranty. Those TPEE boots are packed with a high performance moly grease to reduce friction, and again, it's a preassembled, out of the box, ready to go installation. Folks, I'm Steven, that's gonna wrap it up. Have a good one.
