Hey Doug, the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Cover # RP30055 that you referenced would work great to cover the head of your B and W Companion hitch. It is large enough and would do a great job.
Does your hitch get exposed to a lot of elements? Like do you leave it in your truck bed all the time or store it outside?
