Troubleshooting Furrion DV3300 Blank Display

Question:

My Furrion DV3300 seems to be working fine, but the led display is blank. It doesn’t show anything. I have tried resetting it. What can I do to fix this?

If you've used the "reset" button on the Furrion RV Stereo # DV3300SBL and the screen is still not showing up then my recommendation is to completely remove power from it for a good 5 minutes. Once you reconnect it wait for a few minutes to see if the screen is displayed again. If it is, great. If it isn't, then I recommend taking advantage of the 1-year warranty or replacing the stereo altogether as the display should be working properly, and if you reset it then the brightness wouldn't be the problem.

If you need to replace it and really like the functions of this stereo then you can replace it with the same unit. Otherwise I recommend replacing it with the Jensen RV Stereo # JWM40 which is also a 2-Zone unit with a CD/DVD player.
