For your application I recommend checking out the Feedback Sports Sprint Bike Work Stand # 301-16690. This is a fork mount stand that doesn't require the seat post like our other work stands do. The only thing you'll want to check is the distance from the front fork to the bottom bracket since the maximum distance for the Sprint stand is 790mm. If your EliptiGO MSUB falls within this range then you're good to go!
