Yes, the Malone Foam Blocks for Kayaks will fit perfectly on Thule aero-style crossbars whether it's the older AeroBlade or the newer WingBar Evo. The Thule crossbars have standard dimensions that these foam blocks are meant to fit with.

If you don't already have tie-downs I recommend using the Malone Deluxe Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # MPG152 which uses 18" long blocks and also comes with everything you need to secure your kayak to your vehicle.
