Correct Replacement Roller Fairlead for Superwinch LT2500 Winch

Question:

Will the Part # SW87-12911 fit as a replacement on my Superwinch LT2500? Im estimating the on centerinch between the two mounting bolts is 4 3/4, or maybe 4 13/16inch on my LT2500. Dont want to go thru the parts return process later.
