Can this hold a smittybilt 17500Ib winch if not do you have one that will hold this winch it weight is 150Ib

The Buyer's Products Winch Mount for 2" Hitch # 3375571005 does not give a specific line pull rating but they do state that they use it on their 8,000 to 12,00lbs winches which wouldn't support your Smittybilt winch.

However the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2 # C31008 that is confirmed to fit your 2008 Ford F-250 or F-350 paired with the Curt Trailer Hitch Electric Winch Mount Plate # C31010 will be able to support your winch. The Curt Electric Winch Mounting Plate is 1/4" thick steel and has 3 adjustable holes to accept a variety of winch models.

Additionally, for ease of transportation you can use Curt Trailer Hitch Winch Mount # C31005 which attaches to the mounting plate.
