Does the Fogatti Tankless RV Water Heater Have a Freeze Protection Feature and How Does It Work
Question:
How does the waterline freeze protection work in this unit? Are they claiming you can leave your water on an below freezing temperatures and this unit will prevent your water lines from freezing?

This is correct. The Fogatti Tankless RV Water Heater # LSB44FR senses when the water lines coming into the heater have dropped to 35 degrees Fahrenheit and begins cycling warm/hot water through the lines to keep them from freezing. Once the lines reach 90 degrees, the system will shut down to preserve energy. You'll likely want to let the water drip if you're out in freezing weather to help keep the lines from freezing as well for some added protection.
