Question:

I have a 2020 Toyota Highlander, I am only installing this for a bicycle rack. Which model would work best for me? Can I go with the most economical model since I wont be using this to tow anything?

The hitch I recommend for your 2020 Toyota Highlander is the etrailer class III receiver hitch # e75ZR because it is made right here in the USA and the matte black finish really helps complete the look of your vehicle.
If you have a spare tire larger than 18" I recommend the Draw-Tite class III Max Frame receiver hitch # DT84MR, this hitch will provide the ability to have the larger spare tire. Both hitches have a 2" receiver opening with a 500 pound Tongue Weight capacity and 5000 pound towing capacity which will be great for using with a bike rack and allow you to tow a smaller trailer should that be something you look for down the road.

If you don't already have a bike rack I would recommend the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR.
