After doing some online research, I have been unable to locate any color code information about Kwik Kamp trailer wiring. Typically, the green wire would be for the right directional signal and brake light, the yellow would carry the left directional and brake light signal, the brown wire carries the signal for the running and marker lights, and the white is the ground lead. I would recommend using a car battery to apply 12 volts to each of these wires to verify their function.

Does the trailer have any powered accessories such as interior lights? The red wire would most likely be the supply for that circuit. Because there are 6 wires but only 5 pins on the connector, it is likely that the black wire carries the running and marker light signal for one side of the trailer, and would be connected to the brown wire (which would carry running/marker signals for the toher side) before attaching to the trailer connector. Once again, apply 12 volts to verify. If you are wanting to utilize the power accessory circuit, the best way to make the connection to the vehicle would be to use a 5-way trailer connector on the vehicle, such as part # 20016. The lead for the accessory circuit would need to be run to the positive battery terminal via a 40 amp circuit breaker, part # 9510. Then remove the existing round plug on the trailer and replace it with the corresponding trailer end connector, part # 20017.
