While we don't carry the Duralast Jumper Box 700 that you have what you are describing sounds like a low battery situation or one that won't hold a charge if it's been on the charger and still showing that code. Most likely it has an internal issue if it won't hold a charge and best option would be a new jumper box like with the part # DU37FR.

@CarolG If it's under warranty still see about getting a replacement otherwise it would be time for a new charger.
