I checked directly with Thule for you, and can confirm the Force XT rooftop cargo box will indeed fit the factory crossbars on your 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. The correct part for the XT Large is the following:

The Force XT # TH6357B has a lid that opens from either side of your Crosstrek, which makes it simple to access.
