The most similar two jacks you mentioned are the part # BD182800 and # BD182805 with the difference being the side of the leg the jack foot release lever is on which is determined by which direction the jack goes when cranked. These are both basically follower jacks to the # BD182804 you also mentioned which has the main crank handle.
The follower # BD182805 would be ideal on the right hand side of the trailer and # BD182800 for the left.
