Do I need any kind of adapter or extra connector cable to connect a goal zero boulder 200 briefcase solar panel 200 watts to a Duracell portable power station Item DU67FR? Is a high power port HPP the same as an Anderson PP15-45? Thank you.

Duracell Power Source Portable Power Station # DU67FR uses a Anderson style plug like the Go Power Solar System # 34282610 uses. Typically you get a cord like this with your solar panels. The HPP connector and the Anderson Connectors are practically the same but the Anderson port is two horizontal ports as the HPP is a two vertical ports.
