Unfortunately I do not have anything rated higher than that in the 145R12 size. I considered a change in rim size for you. Going to a 13" 175/80r13 like the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel part # AM31985. This will give you an 81 mph speed rating.

You do need to ensure you have clearance this tire is 24.1" rather than the 21.3" that the 145r12 like part # AM10130. It is also wider at 7" rathe than the 5.7" width you have now. You want to maintain an inch to two behind the tire to the frame and about two to three inches from fender to tire.

The Taskmaster 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire part # TTWSF48012C is not something I would recommend going to. It is a considerably thinner tire and you are also sacrificing weight ratings. The speed rating is higher but I do not recommend it.
