Will the Soft Top Hardware from a 2003 Jeep Wrangler Fit on a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sahara

I presently have a 2001 TJ Sahara with a hardtop. I have a friend with a 2003 jeep. He will give me the softop hardware but I didnt know if it would be the same. Is it compatible?

As long as the soft top hardware from your friends 2003 Jeep Wrangler is the factory soft top hardware or the Bestop Supertop, SupertopNX or Sunrider hardware, then it will fit on your 2001 Jeep Wrangler with the Sahara trim package.

If the soft top hardware is from another manufacturer, then I would recommend contacting that manufacturer for compatibility.

If you will be receiving the factory hardware, then you could install the Bestop Replace-A-Top, # B5118037, that you referenced. This product is also available in dark tan as part # B5118033 and black as part # B5118015. Keep in mind that all soft tops are not compatible with all types of soft top hardware, so it is important that you know why type of soft top hardware you are getting.
