How Does the Pavement Ends Cargo Cover Install on a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

hello, i have an 07 jk unlimited with the hard top. for this product to fit properly, do i need the tail gate bar? Or will it work with just the tuck in channels that are there?
