With 3" Exhaust Pipe What Diameter Inlet and Outlet Do I Need on a Muffler?

Does a standard 3 inch exhaust pipe fit inside the inlet and outlet?

Yes. Since the MagnaFlow # MF11249 has both inlet and outlet diameters of 3", it does need to be used with exhaust pipes that are 3" diameter. Since you've already got a 3" exhaust pipe on your vehicle this will fit.
