Is Installing Husky Tow Weight Distribution System HT32216 Easier than HT32218

Question:
I have a travel trailer weighing 6000 lbs is the assembly smaller for the 32216 and easier to connect to the trailer than the 32218?

The two Husky Centerline systems you mentioned part # HT32216 and # HT32218 are essentially identical aside from the ratings of the spring bars that come with either. Install and setup would be the exact same and I wouldn't say one is easier to install/use than the other.
If you aren't using the trailer's jack to help reduce spring bar tension when installing/removing the system the lighter HT32216 would be easier to attach the bars since the spring bar tension is lighter, but if you are using the trailer jack to help reduce the tension during install you wouldn't notice any difference between the two kits.
