Hi there, I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT w/ Panoramic Sunroof. Im trying to figure out what roof rack systems I can put on the car, given the glass roof. Id like to still be able to use the sunroof with the rack - is that possible? Thanks,

Included is a listing of roof rack options available for the GT with Panoramic Sunroof. While it is noted these products work on vehicles with a glass roof or sunroof, that doesn't necessarily mean they will work together, meaning the sunroof will open fully while crossbars are installed. Maximum barspread when installed is 27.5".
One approach you can take here is to measure the height of how high your panoramic sunroof extends upward when opening to see if it will interfere with the fully installed height of the crossbars. It looks like the mesh bug cover at the front could be a potential issue to be measured for too. Per Thule, the fully installed roof rack will be about 4" in total height.
We do usually advise against this even if it fits due to the noise factor when you have both crossbars and a sunroof creating that wind resistance. That said if you confirm there is clearance and still go this route, the 2013 Hyundai Elantra Roof Rack by Thule consisting of parts # TH711400, # TH480R, and # THKIT1695 is my recommendation.
