I have a solution for you, but unfortunately the Arched Loading Ramp # 288-07432-2 set have a maximum safe height of 35", so they would not work for your 37" tall truck bed.
You may want to try the Erickson Arched, Aluminum Loading Ramp Set # EM07486. These do not have a specific loading height and these will work as long as the angle of incline less than 30 degrees.
Because the Erickson Arched ramps are 90" long and your loading height is 37", you should be in the 25 degree incline range, but I would recommend verifying this yourself.
