Question:

Need to add a 2 inch hitch to my 2020 Toyota RAV4. I plan on doing it myself - can you recommend which option would be easiest to install at home? Thanks.

The easiest to install 2" trailer hitch for your 2020 Toyota RAV4 is definitely the Curt Class III # C13416. This is a really simple bolt-on installation using 4 existing holes in the vehicle's frame rails and we estimate a DIY installation time of just around 30 minutes. The installation manual only lists 4 short steps (attached below) and one of them consists of removing stickers.

I have included a full install video below on the 2019 Toyota RAV4 that you can use for reference. The process will be identical on your 2020 model.
