Do the Door Panels On a Suzuki Samurai Need Removed To Replace the Side Mirrors

Do I need to remove inner door panels to replace the side mirrors? Or can I replace them from the exterior? ‘87 Suzuki Samurai

Yes, you will need to remove the door panel most likely to replace the side mirrors on a Suzuki Samurai with the K-Source Replacement Side Mirror part # KS69005S for passenger or part # KS69006S for driver side if the screws/bolts are not visible from inside the vehicle. That said, I was able to find some instructions online for removing the door panel which as you can see should not take too much effort.
1) Remove the window regulator crank handle.
2) Remove the inside door handle trim by loosening the retaining screw. Pull the door handle out and slide the trim off of the handle.
3) Loosen the two inside pull handle mounting screws, then separate the pull handle from the door panel.
4) Loosen the two screws retaining the stopper band to the door, then remove the stopper band.
5) Using a prytool, gently separate the trim panel from the door, disengaging the trim panel retaining clips.
