Which Wire is Positive and Negative of Heng's Roof Vent Motor

Question:
Hengs 12v 1.6amp fan motor has two wires, one black one white. Positive/Negative??

For the fan motor you mentioned having black would be power and white would be ground. Also, since this is a DC motor if you reverse the wiring it will just reverse the direction of the fan.
