After installing the #76076 hitch on my 2019 Q7, the auto lift gate function does not work. Is there anything particular that I need to look for?

Having trouble with the auto-lift tailgate function on newer vehicles after a trailer hitch is installed isn't an uncommon occurrence. With the etrailer # e88KR installed on your 2019 Audi Q7 try kicking to the left and right of the receiver in a back-and-forth motion (like kicking a soccer ball) and this should activate the tailgate. I have attached a photo with some other locations you can try as well.
