My truck is a RAM 2016 1500 crew cab Limited and has air lift suspension will this work with it.?? I live in Eastern New York Fredonia and the weather is extreme in winter, How this perform under this conditions ?? Thanks

The Bestop PowerBoard NX Motorized Running Boards # B7563815 which fit the 2016 Ram 1500 Crew cab without factory Air Suspension system, do have exposed linkage parts as well as motors and wiring. In a severe Northeast winter these could develop a build up of ice that might potentially interfere with their operation. Since this kit does not fit with the factory air suspension anyway you can instead use a fixed step.
My recommendations are the Westin 4-inch black nerf bars # 21-3565 or the DeeZee 6-inch bars # DZ16121-16336 both of which offer no-drill installation. All options are shown on the linked page. I also linked a DeeZee install video.
