I spoke to my contact at Furrion about the error message you are having with the Furrion HDMI Stereo with Bluetooth part DV3300. They stated that when pairing a mobile device you first need to make sure the bluetooth signal is active on the stereo by pressing the bluetooth button on the face between the source and fast forward button. Once this is active you will then need to turn the bluetooth signal on within your mobile device and then physically touch the mobile device to the stereo. Then while holding the mobile device up to the stereo, scan the bluetooth network and look for "FURRIONDV3300S-BL-XXXX".

If the bluetooth network does not appear then you will need to reset the unit and repeat the above steps. The reset button is on the front face in the lower right hand corner below the source and bluetooth buttons. The reset button will need to be held for 30 seconds in order to clear the unit. Please note that after your pair the device for the first time you will not need to physically touch them together each time.

How do you get the tv audio to play through the speakers in my trailer

You'll need to make sure you have RCA cables running from the audio output on the TV to the input on the stereo. Assuming the stereo's also hooked up to your trailer's speakers, selecting "AUX" on the stereo should send this input to the TV's input to those speakers.

Hi Sheila. I have had the BLUE ERR message on my DV3300 when in Bluetooth mode as well and I tried everything that "expert" Conner L. suggested which did not help this issue whatsoever. What I found DOES work is removing power from the DV3300 entertainment system for a short time. You can not do this with the power button, however. The easiest way to remove 12 Volt power is to find the fuse in your RV's fuse box labeled "Stereo" or it could be "Radio" or "Entertainment" and remove the fuse. I'm not sure how long the fuse needs to be pulled to be successful, but it's worked for me by just leaving it out for a minute or so, and putting the fuse back in. This will totally remove power from the DV3300. I did this, pulling the fuse and replacing it while the DV3300 was on. Once that was done, the BLUE ERR message was gone, and I was able to pair it up with my phone again. I've had to do this sequence several times now. I have no idea why the DV3300 gets confused and goes into it's Bluetooth error state. I've since told my phone (Android) that the Bluetooth connection (under details) is only for Media, and not for phone contact sharing nor phone calls. Not sure yet if these settings changes on my phone make a difference or not. I've also looked for a possible firmware update for the DV3300, but have not seen ANY firmware updates from Furrion for any of their devices. Good luck. I hope this helps! Roy
