Any of the fifth-wheel hitches that we carry, see link, will work in the Reese universal base rails, # RP30035. So you could use a Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley or Husky fifth-wheel hitch with the rails you have.
For a 16k fifth-wheel hitch and a truck with an 8 foot bed, I would recommend the Reese hitch, # RP30047. If you think you may upgrade your trailer in the future with a larger one, I would suggest that you take a look at the Reese 20K hitch, RP30928, which would allow you to tow a larger trailer if needed and has upgraded features, like a 9 inch wide funnel for easier hookup, and a single-piece, self latching jaw that wraps around the king pin for positive hookup. We have a video review of the 20K hitch you might find helpful.
