What kind of precious metals does this have in it?

Normally the metal catalyst used in a catalytic converter is made with precious metals such as platinum, rhodium and/or palladium. The part # MF99006HM has twice the amount of these metals than the standard style of converter like it.
In some cases, cerium, iron, and manganese and nickel are also used.
